Tim Marriner (USA)
Tim Marriner
Tim started calling in 1973. In 1987 he started calling on a full time basis, touring extensively across the United States and Canada, as well as into Australia, Europe, Japan and Mexico. He is on the staff of various resorts and currently records for ESP Records. He serves on the CALLERLAB Board of Governors, is part of the Executive Committee and is a Past Chairman for the organization. Tim is also an Accredited Caller Coach for CALLERLAB working several full curriculum schools across the country.
Dave Preskitt (USA / D)
Dave Preskitt
Dave began his career at the age of thirteen, in his hometown of Seattle, Washington. Since then, Dave has performed at Special Dances and Jamborees in almost every country in Western Europe. Dave has served in ECTA as its Training Director, Vice President and President. Dave resides near Stuttgart, Germany, where he calls for the Teck Rovers, C-Lions and Tamburin clubs, as well as the Heidelberg Hoedowners and Puss'n' Boots in Ulm.
Kenny Reese (USA / D)
Kenny Reese
Kenny from Houston, Texas, has been calling for over 30 years. He became the second full-time working caller in Europe in 1991. Kenny is a member of CALLERLAB and of several CALLERLAB committees. is also an Accredited Caller Coach for CALLERLAB working several full curriculum schools across the world. He served as President of ECTA from 1990 to 1997 and from 2000 to 2007. He also served as Vice-President (1984-88) and as Sound Coordinator (1981-82). Kenny calls for the Darmstompers in Darmstadt (1977-present), for the Beaux and Belles in Frankfurt (1984-present) and for the Keep Smiling Dancers (Plus, A1 and A2, 1993-present).
Thorsten Geppert
Thorsten Geppert
Thorsten started calling in 1979 for the "Pader Jumpers", in his hometown Paderborn, where he called MS clubnights and classes for 20 years. His Plus & Advanced Club "HANG LOOSE" is still up and running downtown Paderborn. Since those early days he has enjoyed calling in the USA, Australia, New Zealand and several European countries.
As a member of ECTA he has served a number of years on the board as Secretary and later as Vice President. He regularly organizes the DO SKI DO Skiweek in Austria as well as travels to the Bödabaden Dance Resort on Öland (Sweden).
Stefan Förster (D)
Stefan Förster
Stefan started Square Dancing in 1980 and took over his first mainstream club in 1983. In the same year, he joined ECTA as active SD Caller. He served in the ECTA Board for several years as Training Director / SD Coordinator and has also been active in the committee work of the SD Council. Stefan calls and teaches Square Dance from Basic to A2 , does many Special Dances and at present is Club Caller for the "Sunflowers Iserlohn".

Christian Schidler (D)
Christian Schidler
Christian started Round Dancing in 1992 at the age of 15. In 1993, shortly before his Round Dance Graduation, he bought his first Round Dance record "Water Under The Bridge" and stared cueing. Since 1994 he is active as cuer and teacher for clubs and on special events. His repertoire includes all phases up to phase VI. Christian is member of ECTA, ROUNDALAB and ICBDA. He lives in the Rhine-Main-Area, where he cues and teaches for his Club "The Minuets RDC".

Curt started Round Dancing at the age of 13 and cueing at 16. Tammy & Curt first met when she attended one of his beginner classes at 16. They have been teaching for 25 years and teach full-time. They are members of ROUNDALAB, where they serve on the committee for selection of Phase VI Round of the Quarter. They are members of ICBDA and have served on the Board of Directors as well as being past president. They are also members of DRDC, and leaders of "National Carousels Club #32". Twelve years ago they opened their own beautiful dance hall, the Stardust Dance Center in Florida. They have choreographed many dances, including "Jurame"," Jack is Back", "Hola Chica", "You Owe Me One", "A Letter to You", "Stier Tango" and "Last Night Cha".
Don Casper (USA / D)
Don Casper
Don started Square Danceing in 1978 and Round Danceing one year later. He became a member of ECTA in 1979 and is active as SD and RD leader. Don served in the ECTA Board for many years as RD Coordinator and as Vice President. He has cued in Germany, England, the USA, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, and Belgium, choreographed numerous dances and has presented seminars at ECTA and ROUNDALAB Conventions. Don calls and cues for the "Mannheim Mixers" and the "Rhythm Rounds".
Andrea Hilpert (D)
Andrea Hilpert
Andrea Hilpert got her active teacher's status for the ECTA RD Council in September 2006 and at present is cueing for the Susie-Q's in Stuttgart. She and Alexander are seen on every weekend and every festival in Germany for years and years. They have also been to the United States a couple of times to learn dances from the teachers over there. They recently choreographed their first dance.
Martin Prüfer (D)
Matin Prüfer
Martin started Square Dancing in 1984 in Brunswick and shortly after his graduation he also became thrilled by Round Dance. Before finishing his class, he started to teach an own Round Dance class, which evolved into the "Strolling Feet RDC". Martin has been an Active Member of ECTA since 1990 and is particularly involved in the ongoing development of the ECTA Education Program (EEP). In addition, he teaches at diverse Cuer Schools and is the operator of the Round Dance web server, where many choreographies can be found. By now, Martin lives in Munich and cues for several clubs.

A Green
Al has been a member of the Square Dance Callers' Club of Great Britain since 1959 and has been its national President for the past ten years. His ECTA membership has taken him to many dance festivals all over Europe. He has run regular weekly classes for 20 years in the UK and has also called in Germany as well as in the Czech Republic. He now calls regularly for the Leeds Contra Dance club.
Hans Krackau (D)
Hans Krakau
Hans started teaching and calling Modern Western Square Dance in 1999. At the same time he introduced Contra Dancing to Berlin Square Dancers in his club A.C.T.S. He learnt from various contra callers from Germany, Great-Britain, Denmark and USA and passes his knowledge on in being active in contra caller education (1st German prompter school in 2007). Hans is active member of ECTA e.V. and serves as Contra Coordinator since 2007.
Tony Parkes (USA)
Tony Parks
Tony has been calling contra dances and traditional squares since 1964. He has worked with many clubs and societies in both the traditional and modern square dance movements, and has called for hundreds of schools, churches, and other non-dance groups. Tony believes in emphasizing the connection between dance and music, and in keeping dancing accessible to the greatest possible number of people. His influences include Ralph Page, Ted Sannella, Don Armstrong, Ed Gilmore, and Dick Leger. Tony is known for his original dances, including "Shadrack’s Delight." He is the author of "Contra Dance Calling: A Basic Text" and has appeared as caller and pianist on several recordings. Tony and his wife Beth currently call at several community dance series in central New England, nearly all with live music.
David Dvorak (CS)David Dvorak David is teaching American Country and Western Dances and Modern Square Dance since 1990. In 1992 he was first who introduced Line Dance into former Czechoslovakia and was teaching Clogging on Czech dance events. In 2003 he started with Irish Dancing and he discovered Irish set dancing. David is also active trainer for dance teachers and he is serving on the board of CCCDCA. He is the editor of bulletin the "Promenade". As Sound Coordinator, Training Director and President he was for several years in board of CSCTA. He is active member of ECTA e.V. as Square Dance Caller and SDCA Committee member.
Carol David-Blackmann (USA / D)
Carol David-Blackmann
Carol was born in Buffalo NY and came to Germany permanently in 1972. In 1982 she was asked to teach "American Folk Dances" at the VHS in Aachen. In 1983 she began taking Modern American Square Dance lessons, learning figures on Friday and teaching them on Monday. In 1986 she met and danced Contras with Don Armstrong, who became her mentor. Carol served on the ECTA board as Contra Coordinator from 1997 –2007. Carol calls for 3 MS clubs a Contra group and a CDP group. She is married to Rudolf David and has three children.

Missy Shinoski (USA)
Missy Shinoski
Missy has been Clogging for 30 years and teaching for more than 22. She has held workshops at many local, national and international events, among others 20 times at the National C.L.O.G. Convention. Missy personally won 10 National Solo Grand Champion titles and her team won over 600 trophies & many National Grand Championships. In 2002, Missy was inducted into the NCHC Hall of Fame and since March of 2008, Missy is a board member of the National CLOG Organization. She also created the USA National Dance List.
Dani Schell (D)
Dani Schel
Dani started with Clogging in 1986 and has been teaching since 1989. In 1994, she was a founding member of the ECTA Clogging Council and served as Clogging Coordinator from 1994 to 1997. She is teaching for the Crazy Taps in Frankfurt and the Devil Cloggers in Darmstadt and has also held workshops throughout Germany as well as abroad - among others in Denmark, Sweden, in the Czech Republic and in the US.
Tina Kipp (D)
Tina Kipp
Tina is a Clogging Instructor since 1991 and was the second ECTA Clogging Coordinator from 1997 to 2004. She is also teaching Irish Dance and is a member of the "World Irish Dance Association" (WIDA) since 1999. She is teaching for 5 Clogging and Irish Dance clubs in the area around Emden with which she brought a feature-lenght show on stage three times already. Tina was one of the first passing the EEP test for "ECTA". Certifed Leader“.
